Incidents are delivered electronically or via telephone from our clients. We have state of the art telephone terminals and a modern switchboard as well as several operators on duty at one time thereby ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally. In addition, we utilise GPS tracking on our vehicles to ensure the nearest operative is allocated to the next incident in order to reduce waiting times.
