We are always looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill certain roles within our company. Due to the 24 hour nature of our business we require individuals to work on a rotational shift basis.  We must stress that all roles are for our main depot in Birmingham.

As a result of our contractual obligations to meet response times candidates within a close proximity to our main depot in Birmingham are preferred.

Roadside Technicians

Candidates applying for this position will have a passion for mechanics and be proficient in mechanical knowledge relevant to a wide variety of cars and light commercial vehicles. For those of you who have trained in a workshop, recovery training is given at the start of employment so it is not necessary when applying. No prior knowledge of roadside practices is necessary although a distinct advantage.

Recovery Drivers | Prestige Vehicle Delivery and Transportation

The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work in a team as well as working alone. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues as well as with customers is very important.  Transportation of prestige and classic vehicles requires an individual with attention to detail and patience.

Control Room Operatives

Your duties will include accepting roadside assistance/recovery jobs via Turbo Dispatch or by telephone. Basic computer literacy is required as well as a good telephone manner. You will also have to liaise with customers and breakdown organisations and make informed decisions about the correct operative and vehicle to dispatch. On the job training for software mediums is given at the start of employment.
