On Tuesday 21 September 2021, a mechanic from Beeches Recovery responded to my daughters Start Rescue breakdown on the M6.  I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to him, for looking after her at such a distressing time.  She was in a right state when she phoned me at 7.05am having not experienced a breakdown before,  but when your mechanic arrived, he made her feel calm and relaxed. Absolute fantastic service. They where sent by my insurance company to recover my vehicle from my drive way after it had been broken into and had the complete management system stolen so the vehicle couldn't be driven. Although in a very tricky position to recover, the recovery driver spent almost 2 hours to get my car onto the recovery truck, without damaging it. I forget his name but I will be ringing the company tomorrow to offer my thanks for an excellent, professional service. Highly recommended. I had the pleasure of having my vehicle delivered back to my home address because I had locked my keys in the boot and 4 sets of locksmiths /recovery assistance couldn't unlock it. It needed a bigger loader and Dan was my night in shining armour! I had to leave the vehicle overnight in a car park but it was collected at 8am on the dot as booked, and carefully and professionally delivered by Dan. We had a bump with the car - not enough to get a full breakdown recovery from insurance but enough that we didn't want to drive it. So we were really in a desperate spot and Beeches absolutely saved our skins by driving us a long way! The most helpful lovely person answered the phone - Devon arranged for breakdown cover to come to my assistance.  Gentleman that came was polite, professional and very helpful.
Could not fault this firm and would highly recommend.
